  Charles and the team are wonderful, always welcoming and patient. My cats don't like vets as a rule but they no longer cry when they visit.

  Very disappointed. Was quoted $97 for vaccinations and health check. So the 2 minutes it takes to cut my Jack Russell nails then costs me $25!!! I find this out when I go to pay. Extrodinary!! Goodbye Greencross.

  I tried this place out after a friend recommended it and took a few of my cats here, really lovely staff seemed highly experienced will definitely be coming back.

  My adopted rescue dog came with a serious ear infection which was a 50/50 survival risk. I elected to go with treatment which required ointment to be inserted into both extremely painful ears every morning for three weeks. At first her pain was so bad that I needed the vet to insert it while I held her. Charles, the vet, offered to do this every morning before business hours for the first fortnight for which he waived the costs. This was very much appreciated and unexpected. I would very much recommend Charles and Heather as they understand the attachment we have to our furry cobbers.
