    Staff very helpful from the concierge on arrival to the officer who helped us, even the security officer at the door was most polite in helping us find the loos for my little boy. Great service and a well deserved 5 stars

    20 min waiting for someone to answer the phone... hopeless phone service, however, I have been there in person, the staff is great and friendly and the service is smooth and efficient

    Great service for me. I know they are always under the pump with people, complaints and issues, but they were exceptionally helpful for me. I heard lots of people hurling abuse at the workers for issues that were the customers fault. Pretty sad people are so mean these days.

    Centrelink even asked if I was partnered with oppersit sex and same sex. So if I was partnered with another male this services provider would narrated our income as both. So why do they want to know this where we can't get married??
