    Terrible organization that doesn't care about the welfare of people with mental health and suicidal thoughts. Such a disgrace and shouldn't be open as they don't help at all but instead make people feel like nobody cares !!

    Something very wrong with their service when it comes to public relations... very unprofessional. Some of the people we met need mental assessments for sure.

    Absolutely the worst treatment I have endured over the phone service in all the years I have ever needed help. Rude, uninformative, no empathy, if the tax payer is paying for this place, something needs to be done about their inadequate staff. The last one wouldn’t even tell me his name . Disgraceful. This is not sour grapes, this is from a person who is completely lucid and after this treatment today, I will be looking into seeing what can be done
