  F45 maroochydore is amazing! Hands down best gym on the coast I've been too. The trainers are fab, so supportive and they work you hard so you get the results your wanting. Definatly recommend to anyone looking for a new healthy life style!

  Favourite place to work out. No two classes are ever the same, fantastic facilities and awesome trainers who motivate and push you to your limits. Cant recommend high enough!

  I love F-45 Maroochydore! Fun Fitness with a great vibe & energy! People of all walks of life, varying strength and fitness levels, are truly welcome here. Sonny, Mel & Rachel are so passionate & committed to what they do, ensuring everyone has a great time whilst challenging themselves to the max.   F45 is a wonderful effective training regime that you will quickly become addicted to. The staff are excellent. Facility is near new and easy parking.
