  Not good. answered the phone with 'Hello' and then silence and the conversation just seemed like I was an inconvenience for the lady, it was such a poor experience I cant even remember her name and the call was only made a minute ago.

  This is the second time we have hired a car from this company. The cars are always clean and tidy and the people at the office are so easy to deal with. Highly recommend!

  These guys just happened to forget to mention the truck needed to be refilled upon arrival otherwise they'd charge me $3/ltr!!!!!!!!!! I know refilling a hire vehicle seems obvious but for someone who has never driven a truck before, knowing where the fuel cap is or even what fuel to fill it with (it was unleaded, lucky i didn't fill it because i would have used diesel), it isn't obvious. Especially when they don't show you, or even mention it at all. They ripped me off. A $190 truck hire ended up costing me $320. They are slightly cheaper than other local truck hire places and now i know why. These guys will sting you wherever they can. They make their money off the dodgy stuff. :(
