  Richie is the best! Professional and genuinely a nice guy. He goes above and beyond. I love my SLK. I'll be back when it's time to trade up. I've been back to the dealership just for a sticky beak and other salesmen have been great too. I have read some of the other comments (the not so nice ones too) and have come to the conclusion that you can't please everyone all the time and some people you will never please no matter how hard you try. Keep up the good work guys at least these whinges are still buying a Mercedes and that's good right!

  From the moment we walked into the showroom (wearing our singlet, shorts and pluggers!) we were treated as though we were part of the family. Never did we ever think we would walk into a Mercedes dealership, let alone be driving one! The attention we received from not only Gavin Grant "The Van Man" , but all other other staff was second to none! Even our children love going there (not just for the free lollies and juice), but because they are allowed to be themselves and are encouraged to come in. Thanks Mercedes Benz!

  Although Richie was great to deal with when we purchased my E250 last year the rest of the team is a serious disappointment. From trying to get their details to pay them, not receiving paperwork as promised and the service department not following up my warranty issues - sorry we lost the paperwork! My car didn't even come up in their system. I never take my car there for servicing. I go to Coastline BMW who will either pick up my car up from Mount Coolum and leave me a loan car. If I take it to them they can provide a loan car immediately, I don't have to wait 2 weeks. I have also requested to test drive 2 new cars, once to be told that I'm going on holidays you can ring me when I get back to absolutely no response. I will never buy a car from this dealership again.
