    Was waiting 2 weeks and a bit for internet to get connected only to be told after going to the store that all the exchanges were taken up for optus so the contract had been cancelled. Did not contact us at all we were wait that whole time with no information whatsoever, quite disgusting really

    Unable to speak directly to this store. The main number is always diverted to the national enquiry line. Frustrating situation ... BAD JUDGEMENT on OPTUS to do this. Seems like there is no more store communication with this telco.
