  Were ment to fix a pool cleaner, paid on drop off, three weeks later called to see if it was ready yet.. told they thought we didnt want it fixed.. sooo a week later picked up the 'fixed' cleaner only they couldnt find it.. had been tagged with the wrong name... had to pay again.. when called to say we had been charged twice they said cme in and refund but on arrival no one knew how.. told them to call when it was sorted out and i cme back in.. they called.. i missed the call.. calked straight back and know one knew what i was talking about. Finally got the refund the following of the second payment only to realise the cleaner hadnt been fixed at all.. brought a new one ..NOT FROM BILLABONG

  Always helpful. Never a hassle. Professional. Pool is always clear after i take in water sample to the guys. Keep up the great work.
