    The worst customer service!!! They had a sale online and i tried to order and an error page kept coming up preventing me from checking out. I tried multiple times and they same thing would happen. I contacted someone about it and they said no problem they will order it for me. Never happened. I then followed up again and they said they would get someone to call. I was ready to order and she said no worries we can do it tomorrow. Then of course no call and the sale is now over!

    I can not speak more highly of the customer service I received from this store. I am from Sydney and they had the last few items I was looking for. I was served by Cheryl and she patiently assisted me over the spans of 2 months involving numours pictures, measurements, many phone calls and lots of questions before I finally made a decision. A huge thank you to her and French Provincial. Well done!
