  We were looking to purchase a fridge and smart television recently and our first place was Joyce Mayne. Janine from the Maroochydore store listened to what we were looking for and made our experience a very easy and successful one. It is very rare to find a good salesperson who will listen to what you actually want. She was very encouraging of us to go to other outlets to do our comparison and she said if we found a better deal to come back and talk to her and she would try to help us further. We went to two other outlets, were disappointed with the service we received at them even though one had a better deal, which we took back to Janine and she was only to willing to get permission to match this. At the end of the deal, we ended up having gift cards which we promptly then spent on a stick Dyson. Happy, happy customers!! Thank you Janine.

  Sales guy (computers) was a little bit rude and spent more time telling us about the "most amazing computer sale in 8 years" that was apparently running than he did listening to or answering our questions. Ridiculously high prices for extended warranty too.

  So much for advertising or "friendly" service. Didn't know what their own radio advertised specials were, in 2 different areas I was put thru to, then too busy to talk. I'll go elsewhere.

  I guess you could call us regulars here even though we are from NZ. We usually have a bit of a spend up on our trips to the Sunshine Coast. The staff have always been knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. We are always on the hunt for a bargain & Joyce Mayne never disappoints! Keep up the good work.
