  If I could give a no star review that is what i would have. Purchased a bike and assembly. Did not receive a call for pick up so i went in(didnt have receipt on me at the time). They asked for my name and then said they had no bike under that name and there were none ready so id need to bring in receipt or no bike and id have to buy another one. They have no organisation or system in the store to keep track of bike purchases even though you pay for the item without taking it. the manager on duty accused me of not paying for the bike or told me id already picked it up. it was absolutely disgusting service. No apology that it hadnt been put together, and she said there way NO WAY she could go back to find proof of purchase. I had the receipt at home but she would not organise another bike to be put together until I proved i made the purchase even though I said i will bring the receipt on pick up.

  Staff are pretty useless...they have u waiting around for a toy u paid for half hr before.. only to tell u they have no stock left? They then take another 20mins to refund you. So if u have some time to waste... by all means go here and waste some. Dont ask staff any questions... you will just confuse them and annoy yourself

  Despite others reviews, we had a good experience with staff, who helped us try out many car seats to ensure the right one would fit in our car.

  Only open from 10am on a Sunday. This is really inconvenient for people with kids (who are usually up at crack of dawn).
