    This should be NO star. I had a flat wheel and asked one of the gentlemen in the service area to help me with it. He told me to drive my car, with a completely flat wheel to the repair area and he would fill the wheel with air. I could then drive the car to a tyre repair shop. I told him that I had already done that at the air pump, but the air just blew straight out again. He then proceeded to talk to his colleague and ignored me completely. What a shame there is no generosity of spirit and a desire to help a lady in need. Very disappointing.
