  I would give this place a negative if I could. Dishonest working people here. If you ever forget something call it gone. The employees will take it and tell you two weeks later that they never saw it. Crooks that laugh at your situation over the phone when you explain them the situation. I asked to speak to the manager and Michele whom I was speaking to, said laughing: 'I am the manager'. Don't rent from these unprofessionals, they don't offer Costumer service at all.

  After flying alone with two toddlers, collecting the car and trafficking bags kids etc out through the car park only one car seat was installed. I had to turn around and go back and received no apology, just handed the massive car seat to take out to the car and told it was my responsibility. I would walk next time rather than use this mob.

  DONT GO TO THIS BRANCH!! I COULD NEARLY WRITE A BOOK OVER 1 DAYS HIRE!! Have rented here before with minimal problems, but current staff do not know what they are doing and think they do. (Its hiring cars, it cant be that complicated) What ever you do make sure you dont get michelle (the one with the accent) she is the most rude, obnoxious person I have ever dealt with. With no empathy whatsoever. After dealing with her I will make sure that thrifty gets a bad rap. (She has the manners, personality to name a few to be working at a servo or maccas) Not in reservations.

  Customer service could only have been worse if they had straight up punched me in the face. Standard insurance means if you don't pay them more you have a $4000 excess regardless of if you were at fault.

  I am a blue chip member and so is my partner, and we have had a fair few rentals through thrifty over the years. But this time has been the worse by far and wont be renting through them again.

  20 minute delay to collect car. Then had to queue for a further 20 to drop keys back. Car was very worn, numerous scratches etc even know we paid a couple of extra dollars for a better car
