  Thank you so much for a wonderful experience that was the purchase of our Lexus RX. The selection and purchase of our car was so made very relaxed and easy but it was the kindness and understanding of John and Tommy after the sale that has really impressed us.   So all that then we get terse calls about service bookings we've not made (policy is to book your car in when they think they should see it). And more recently the airbag recall, frankly an explosion in this car is favourable at this point.

  Let's start with the IS250 we own, and affectionately call the Fixus. My mid nineties Fiat was more reliable frankly - remember folks, it's just a car with a pretty skirt, still possible to be built on a Friday.
