  A very good buying experience, after walking out of a Brisbane dealership in frustration. Sales staff (thanks Dan especially!) are relaxed, knowledgeable, attentive, have a sense of humour, and are all around pleasant to deal with. The asking price was reasonable, as was the trade-in offer. Delivery to Brisbane was included.

  Jess was exceptional and also coped with 4 children on one visit. The Outback is a fantastic car and Subaru even beat everyone on insurance.

  The only let-down was the insurance part: as it turned out it was quoted on a different basis from my very clear and repeated instructions, and names/dates of birth were relayed to the insurance company totally jumbled up, requiring some effort to rectify.
