    About a week ago my mum and I went to browse some books here, I found a book that was labelled $19.99 and took it to the front counter to pay, and it turned out they put the wrong price on the book and it was $32. The employee was obviously young and didn't know the process but she was great, did everything by the books. She went to get the manager or the supervisor on shift, she was really polite and apologised heaps and we didn't mind waiting because of that. When the manager/supervisor came out she told us that we would pay the price that was on the tag, no issue, no questions asked. They were probably the best service I've ever had in a retail store; and the supervisor was quick, efficient, kind and looked like she really enjoyed her job. I didn't get her name unfortunately but it was worth me coming online to do a review of her. She deserves some sort of mention.
